Sally leads up the brands influencer & celebrity strategy where she gets to work with a wide range of talent focusing on brand awareness, celebrity ambassadorship, conversion driving campaigns and overarching brand partnerships. Sally Phelps is the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager at Free People, owned by URBN (Free People, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Nuuly). Sally kicked off her career at an agency where she worked on the influencer & celebrity division, supporting strategy for a multitude of brands including American Eagle, Aerie, Champion & Herschel Supply. She then moved to Steve Madden where she led & developed a new influencer strategy for the brand with a focus on conversion driving influencers via viral social content & affiliate platforms. Now at Free People, Sally leads up the brands influencer & celebrity strategy where she gets to work with a wide range of talent focusing on brand awareness, celebrity ambassadorship, conversion driving campaigns and overarching brand partnerships.

Madison is a PR pro and Lubbock, TX native with a degree from Texas Tech University. She’s all about building strong relationships with her clients and creating content that truly represents their brand. With over three years experience working alongside the top-converting LTK creators, she has developed a strong affinity for affiliate marketing. As an owner at 2 Social Co., she supports multiple Instagram and TikTok creators to increase their affiliate earnings, strengthen their social media audiences, and elevate their brand.
