Barbara Jones is the founder and CEO of Outshine Talent, established in 2019. It was one of the first talent management firms to recognize the rise and relevance of TikTok in popular culture. Barbara is also an entrepreneur and investor in the technology, art and entertainment sectors. Barbara was the founder of One2One Network, a pioneering influencer marketing agency. Launched in 2008 as a blogger technology platform, One2One Network was built before some of today's biggest social media platforms even existed. One2One’s moniker evolved into Blissful Media Group which revolutionized the creator content economy, shaping the framework for influencer compensation and collaborations that is now standard in modern marketing strategies. Prior to her companies, Barbara was a senior marketing executive for the music industry at major record labels including Columbia, Warner and Epic Records, with 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, sales, and distribution. Throughout her career, Barbara's vision has led her to forecast and develop opportunities for talent and brands across channels in their earliest stages.
