Role Overview:
We’re looking for a senior-level influencer marketing professional with proven agency experience leading complex campaigns and managing teams. This role is designed for someone who has operated at a strategic level – overseeing multiple concurrent campaigns, guiding junior team members, and serving as a trusted client partner.
Reporting to the Director of US Client & Campaign Operations, you will lead high-impact influencer marketing programs across multiple markets, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and measurable client outcomes.
This role is intended for candidates who have previously led campaigns within an agency setting and managed junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from strategic planning through execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring delivery against KPIs, timelines, and client expectations.
- Act as the primary strategic lead on assigned accounts, owning client communication, campaign direction, and escalation management.
- Manage and develop junior campaign team members, including workload oversight, quality control, and performance coaching.
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing priorities across clients and internal teams.
- Drive influencer strategy, including talent selection, negotiation direction, and partnership structuring.
- Partner cross-functionally with strategy, creative, analytics, and operations teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to agency-wide best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years in an influencer marketing agency environment managing client accounts directly.
- Proven experience managing and developing team members.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel, multi-influencer campaigns with complex deliverables and budgets.
- Strong experience managing client relationships at a senior level, including strategy discussions and difficult conversations.
- Ability to oversee multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Advanced understanding of influencer pricing, negotiation strategy, and campaign profitability.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience translating campaign performance into actionable recommendations.
