You will be responsible for developing and executing email and text marketing campaigns designed to engage, nurture, and re-engage prospective students throughout the admissions journey. You’ll work closely with the marketing and enrollment management teams to craft conversion-focused content, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance.

This role combines strategy, copywriting, automation setup, and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns (individual, drip series, and automated workflows) that drive measurable actions such as:
Schedule a campus tour or admissions call
Attend an open house or event
Apply or complete an enrollment step
Create and send SMS/text campaigns to complement email outreach (~25% of workload).
Segment audiences by lead type, program interest, and funnel stage (new leads, re-inquiries, inactive leads, applicants, etc.).
Design, test, and optimize email templates using brand-approved layouts (we use a mix of platforms such as Constant Contact, GoHighLevel, and Mailchimp).
Write high-conversion copy with clear calls-to-action that align with the campaign goal.
Implement automations for follow-ups, reminders, and milestone-based messaging using marketing automation or CRM tools.
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribes) and report results with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across email, SMS, and digital advertising campaigns.
Manage list hygiene and compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, opt-outs, etc.).

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM automation, or lifecycle marketing (education or lead-generation experience preferred).
Proficiency with one or more email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
Working knowledge of SMS/text campaign tools (e.g., Twilio, SimpleTexting, GoHighLevel, etc.).
Strong copywriting skills with a persuasive, student-centric tone.
Experience with lead nurturing and re-engagement strategies.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
Understanding of marketing automation logic, segmentation, and drip workflows.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.
Bonus: Experience in higher education, admissions, or lead generation funnels.

What Success Looks Like

Leads are consistently moving forward through the enrollment funnel.
Inactive leads are reactivated through strategic re-engagement campaigns.
Email and SMS metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) steadily improve.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the Partnerships Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and conversion through impactful influencer campaigns. This role will be instrumental in scaling our influencer marketing efforts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for social media, influencer trends, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate creators across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms with a strong instinct for what will convert
Manage end-to-end allowlisting execution: outreach, negotiation, contracting, ad permissions, and launch
Build and maintain a tight creator pipeline, moving quickly from "idea" to "live ad."
Partner with Paid Media to track performance (CPA, CTR, hook rate) and double down on winners
Apply performance insights to improve future creator sourcing and briefs
Surface high-potential organic content for paid usage in collaboration with the Influencer team
Support booking and execution of performance-oriented growth influencer partnerships beyond paid usage as needed
Build strong, professional relationships with creators while operating thoughtfully in a bootstrapped, high-ROI environment
Requirements 2-3+ years of influencer marketing experience
At least 1+ year focused on UGC and/or allowlisted performance content
Experience managing creator negotiations and budgets at scale
Strong grasp of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, creative hooks)
Highly organized; comfortable managing large pipelines in Google Sheets
Experience developing performance-oriented influencer briefs
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments

What You’ll Own

This is a 360° talent management role with full responsibility across:

Brand Partnerships & Revenue

  • Manage inbound inquiries via client inboxes

As the Influencer Marketing Strategist you will:

  • Strategic Direction & Programming: Execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives. Create detailed plans for campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Client Management & Leadership: Lead day-to-day client relationships ensuring alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives and fostering trust with main POC client leads, while partnering with internal teams to address escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution.
  • Paid Media: Assist in paid media support of influencer content by providing technical guidance to creators on account whitelisting and permissions across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, collaborate with Tinuiti paid social experts to ensure seamless campaign execution of Influencer assets or content.
  • Client Onboarding & Transitions: Support client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on program requirements to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed.
  • Campaign Execution and Management: Lead the creation and management of influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer identification and selection to campaign execution and performance analysis.
