Calling all new members who joined WIIM in Q4 2025 and Q1 2026!

This is your chance to meet Steph Martin, your big sis in WIIM, who will connect you with fellow new members and help you get comfy in our group! We want you to make the most of your new membership. Whether you’re a talent manager, brand marketer, or agency professional, this online gathering is designed to help you feel at home.

What to expect:

• Introductions and icebreakers to get to know your cohort
• Meet your point of contact – We’re here as your direct connection to WIIM. Whether you have a question about how something works, want help navigating the community, need an introduction to another member, or just want to chat about your career—we’re here to help.
• Discover what’s available to you – From events to our mentorship program, Slack community, castings, and membership directory, we’ll walk you through all the resources designed specifically for where you sit in the industry. We’ll show you how to jump into what interests you—even if you just want to lurk at first!
• Learn our vibe – The influencer marketing industry can feel competitive and illusive, but that’s not who we are. WIIM is built on generosity and collaboration—we don’t gatekeep, and we help each other out. Share what you know, ask for what you need, and trust that everyone here is rooting for each other’s success.
• Understand how to lean in – Membership is what you make of it. Show up to events when you can, engage in Slack conversations (even just reacting to posts!), take advantage of the mentor program, ask questions. We know everyone’s busy, so we’ll show you where to start.
• Share your feedback – We’re constantly evolving based on what members need and want. If there’s a topic you want covered, a format that would work better for you, or a connection you’re hoping to make, tell us. Your input during and after this call helps us build what members are actually asking for!
