Madeleine Kim is the co-founder of Social Alchemists, a talent management agency dedicated to transforming the social space for the better. She began her career in the early days of the influencer industry, working her way up from a coordinator role to leading the U.S. talent team at Shine Talent Group, where she managed a roster of top creators. Madeleine has since held key roles across both agency and in-house teams, running campaigns for clients like Spotify, Olipop, Faherty, American Vintage, and REEF, and overseeing content strategy and analytics for the D'Amelio Family. In 2024, she launched Social Alchemists with her co-founder Betsy, combining her deep experience in talent representation with her passion for building authentic, sustainable careers for creators.
