Kristyn is a creative marketing entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in public relations and influencer marketing. She has a keen ability to plan and execute creative, award-winning marketing campaigns; skills she used to launch her own home decor brand while partnering with lifestyle creators across North America. While working closely with captivating influencers, she developed and now runs a creator management agency, MODERNSPEAK co., representing over 16 photographers, videographers and social content creators, combining her love of travel and lifestyle marketing. Kristyn's creative mind and awareness of trends keeps her driven to create dynamic campaigns in social media marketing. Her efforts were awarded this past year as she won the 2019 W3 Award for Best in Show: Social Content and Travel Marketing. Her experience includes account manager for a boutique PR agency representing hotels and restaurants and media specialist at Tourism Calgary and Travel Alberta, which inspired her love of destination marketing. Never lost in a crowd, Kristyn is most creative when surrounded by people, collaborating, mentoring and bridging opportunities between creatives, consumer brands and tourism destinations. When her dream job didn’t exist, she created it.
