About Corner Table Creative
Corner Table Creative is a social-first creative agency built for making memorable connections—ensuring our audiences, clients, and most importantly, our team are seen, heard, and valued. We’re on a mission to disrupt the agency model and develop fast, iterative content that performs at scale. We’re a startup, but scaling quickly and fortunate to partner with brands like Sweetgreen, Starbucks, Marriott International, and JustFoodForDogs—providing the opportunity for career-defining work.
About This Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Coordinator to help keep our influencer workflows organized, on-time, and running smoothly across clients.
This is an entry-level role (typically the step after an internship) for someone who’s excited about social and creator culture, has a foundational understanding of influencer marketing, and thrives on details, communication, and follow-through. You’ll support the influencer lead(s) with the day-to-day operations that make influencer programs successful—tracking lists, timelines, comms, deliverables, and approvals.
What great looks like in the first 6–12 months: you’re a reliable driver of clarity and momentum; our influencer trackers and timelines are always up to date; creators and internal teammates experience CTC as buttoned-up and high-care; and you’ve built strong instincts for what makes influencer work effective.
What You’ll Do
- Keep influencer programs organized
- Maintain influencer trackers and documentation (creator lists, outreach status, rates, deliverables, contracts, invoices, live links, reporting inputs).
- Own timelines and reminders to ensure key steps are completed on schedule (outreach, contracting, briefing, content due dates, review rounds, go-live windows).
- Keep files organized and easy to find (briefs, content links, approvals, creator info).
- Support creator sourcing + vetting
- Support creator identification pulls based on direction from the influencer lead (platform, tier, location, vertical, brand fit).
- Help gather key vetting signals (audience fit indicators, content examples, view/engagement benchmarks, brand safety checks).
- Build clean creator recommendation tables for internal and client-facing use.
- Support outreach + communications
- Draft and send outreach emails/DMs using CTC templates and guidance.
- Track communication threads and ensure quick, professional follow-up.
- Ensure creators have what they need (shipping details, timelines, creative brief, key contacts).
- Support contracting + payments workflows
- Help collect creator paperwork and status (contracts, W-9s, invoices, payment details) and track progress through completion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all admin steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Support briefing + content review workflows
- Assist with preparing and distributing creator briefs and content guidance.
- Track incoming content submissions, versions, and approval status.
- Help consolidate feedback and route it to creators clearly (under direction from the influencer lead).
- Support performance tracking + reporting inputs
- Track live post links and basic performance snapshots.
- Support post-campaign recaps by organizing content links, top comments, and notable performance patterns.
- Be a strong internal teammate
- Support cross-functional coordination with Creative Strategy, Design, Production, and Media (making sure the right people have the right links and context at the right time).
- Raise risks early (missing info, slipping timelines, unclear deliverables) so the team can course-correct quickly.
What You’ll Bring
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship(s), coordinator role, or creator-adjacent experience counts).
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social platforms, and creator culture.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail—you love a clean tracker and a clear timeline.
- Strong written communication and a friendly, professional tone.
- Comfort following processes, using templates, and juggling multiple workstreams.
- High ownership and follow-through: you keep things moving and flag issues early.
Nice to have:
- Basic familiarity with influencer deal terms (deliverables, usage, exclusivity, whitelisting) and a desire to learn more.
- Experience working with spreadsheets/trackers, Notion, or similar project management tools.
- Creator experience (you’ve made content yourself) or strong fluency across TikTok/IG/YouTube.
