We’re seeking an experienced Talent Manager who thrives on developing creators, driving revenue growth, and thinking one step ahead. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who sees themselves as a strategic partner—not simply a campaign manager.
What You’ll Own:
Brand Partnerships & Revenue Growth
Manage inbound partnership opportunities and creator communications.
Proactively and strategically pitch brands and agencies to generate new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and secure competitive compensation for talent.
Drive annual revenue goals and identify opportunities for long-term growth.
Cultivate lasting relationships that lead to repeat partnerships and multi-campaign collaborations.
Creator Development & Career Strategy
Partner closely with creators to understand their goals and vision.
Develop annual and quarterly growth strategies tailored to each creator.
Advise on positioning, partnership alignment, and long-term brand building.
Identify opportunities beyond traditional sponsorships to support sustainable careers.
Anticipate challenges and opportunities, always thinking one step ahead.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping creators navigate the evolving creator economy with confidence.
Operations & Campaign Execution
Oversee campaigns from signed contract through final payment.
Coordinate invoicing and assist with collections when necessary.
Manage deliverables, timelines, reporting, and contract tracking.
Utilize agency systems and processes efficiently to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Maintain a high standard of organization, communication, and follow-through.
Team & Agency Growth
Support sourcing and onboarding new talent.
Contribute industry relationships and brand contacts.
Collaborate with the team to continually elevate the creator experience and strengthen Parlor & Main’s reputation within the industry.
Who You Are
3+ years of talent management experience within an influencer talent agency.
Passionate about helping creators grow and achieve their goals.
A strategic thinker who naturally anticipates needs and opportunities.
Comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics.
A strong negotiator who handles difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Highly organized and systems-oriented.

Compensation
Base salary plus commission structure.
