Nya-Gabriella Parchment is Head of Brand Partnerships & Marketing at Digital Brand Architects. Since joining the company in 2021, she has played a key role in cultivating robust relationships with leading names across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and home. Parchment leads strategic partnerships development to drive influencer campaigns forward and further support the growth of DBA’s Brand Partnership team. Additionally, Parchment leads the company's marketing efforts and has taken the company's social media channels to new heights, launching its Instagram Live video series, "What's The Deal" and cultivating its TikTok strategy. She continues to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape by curating comprehensive strategies that encompass everything from content creation and paid media to influencer marketing and event integrations. Prior to DBA, Parchment was a community manager for beauty brands, developing content calendars and consumer engagement plans. She has partnered with numerous premier brands including The Macallan, SVEDKA, Maserati, PANDORA Jewelry, Riondo Prosecco, among others and most recently secured several campaigns for DBA talent with Express, Pantene, American Eagle, Target and Walmart, and more. Outside of work, Parchment also uses her personal social media accounts to virtually mentor recent graduates who want to enter the influencer industry and hosts her podcast, Nya’s Noise, which explores the intersection between wellness and digital media. Parchment is based in New York and has a degree in Strategic Communications from Hampton University.
