Lisa Filipelli is an Emmy-nominated entertainment executive and thought leader, redefining talent representation and bridging the gap between traditional and digital entertainment. After spending five years in traditional representation, Lisa transitioned into the emerging creator economy in 2012, becoming a key figure in the evolving media landscape. Her innovative approach to talent management has positioned her at the forefront of entertainment, securing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, selling out live tours, and delivering record-breaking campaigns for her clients. Currently a partner at Select Management Group, a leading talent management firm known for representing next-generation talent, producing original content, and developing new business ventures. Filipelli plays an instrumental role across categories including merchandise, television, film, books, consumer products, endorsements, and social media. Under her leadership, Select’s roster reaches a global audience of over one billion, shaping culture through groundbreaking deals and innovative brand collaborations. As an Executive Producer, Lisa worked on Hulu’s hit series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, which became the platform’s #1 show, which quickly received a season 2 renewal. She also produced Tyler Oakley’s feature documentary Snervous and co-executive produced AwesomenessTV’s Zac & Mia, which earned six Daytime Emmy nominations and two wins in 2017. Zac & Mia continues to reach new audiences and is currently streaming on Netflix. Additionally, Lisa collaborated with Ellen DeGeneres on The Tyler Oakley Show and has orchestrated high-profile deals such as Ingrid Nilsen becoming the face of Bare Minerals and Amanda Steele launching an original fashion line. Lisa’s clients have been featured across major campaigns and entertainment platforms, with appearances in films like Before I Fall, series like Guidance, and campaigns for luxury brands including Marc Jacobs, Smashbox, Bulgari, and more. Her strategic foresight and ability to bridge traditional and digital worlds have garnered her recognition in leading publications.
