She spearheaded the creation of the groundbreaking SAG-AFTRA Influencer Agreement, and is committed to helping influencers, content creators and podcasters build sustainable careers.

Romina is a seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the entertainment and creator economy spaces. Her deep industry expertise spans influencer partnerships, social media platforms, and experiential activations. She is currently a VP of Influencer Marketing at Edelman, where she has supported top-tier brands like Adobe, BlackRock, Brands USA and LinkedIn. Prior to Edelman, Romina was most recently on the Global Marketing team at Meta, where she successfully led initiatives with media companies, creators, and public figures in support of the Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Social Impact verticals. Before Meta, she helped build and lead influencer marketing at Mattel on behalf of iconic brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, UNO, and licensor partners. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Romina is a passionate traveler, fitness enthusiast, and novice chef. She hopes to one day catch up on her reading list.

She started in May of this year after 6 years in the podcast industry, after seeing the need for influencer content grow exponentially. Popular Pays is a platform that streamlines the entire content creation process – from discovering the perfect brand partnerships to managing projects and handling payments. Colleen works across brands like Hyatt, Kellanova, Kroger and WKKC.

Jennifer has worked in influencer marketing for over 10 years leading brand partnerships at various agencies and national teams including SheKnows Media, BlogHer, Create & Cultivate, Whalar and Village Marketing (WPP). Prior to that, she held senior executive positions at media and entertainment companies such as Whalerock Industries and Variety. She started her career at Yahoo on the east coast but now lives in Scottsdale, AZ after spending almost 20 years in Los Angeles. Jennifer is originally from Boston and loves to travel and spend time with her fiance, Jason and miniature schnauzer, Jinxy.
