2020 was a year of reflection. As we processed the horrific stories of blatant racial injustices, it is important for us to strategize how we are going to take responsibility of our actions and commit to being and doing better. Different forms of racial inequity exist everywhere, and it’s our duty to combat racism in our very own influencer marketing community. We must commit to having these difficult conversations and going out of our way to ensure that we are creating an inclusive industry. WIIM was proud to host the panel discussion Let’s Do Better: Diversity Discussion joined by Pam Zapata, Shannae Ingleton, and Taylar Barrington-Booker to discuss injustices in our community and actionable steps we should take to create more inclusive spaces. Enjoy the replay of the conversation and commit to doing better.
