With a career at YouTube spanning more than a decade, Sara has been at the forefront of the Creator Economy, working on global initiatives and large-scale projects. She has a strong history of building and scaling operationally rigorous teams that leverage marketing and strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and revenue for both creators and the platform. Her work has consistently fueled YouTube's growth and success within the evolving digital media landscape.

Hannah Stibbe

Hannah leads TikTok strategy, influencer and creator partnerships, surprise-and-delight activations, and community management at Hyatt. With five years of experience in social media after a career pivot during COVID, she blends creative storytelling with a passion for travel to build authentic brand connections. Outside of work, Hannah is often planning her next trip or teaching Barre and Strength classes.

Caroline is currently Senior Vice President of Creator Marketing at Edelman. A strategic leader with 15+ years of experience in digital marketing and talent partnerships, she helps brands build cultural relevance through creator-led storytelling. Before joining Edelman, she worked at creator-economy startup Jellysmack and spent several years at Viacom leading digital talent brand partnerships for Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV. Over the course of her career, she has developed influencer and talent campaigns for brands across categories, including Hollister, Invisalign, NFL, TJ Maxx, eBay and Netflix. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is based in Los Angeles.
