Bette Ann is an expert in influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, entertainment marketing, and strategic brand partnerships. She has spent almost 15 years working brand side for brands like Google, Lyft, and Hims & Hers building and executing strategies centering around storytelling & growth with influencers & celebrities. Bette Ann launched her consultancy 3.5 years ago as a side hustle, and turned it into her full time job 1.5 years ago. Within her consultancy, she has worked across many verticals from fitness to fintech to help operationalize and execute influencer strategies. Additionally, Bette Ann teaches a higher education class at Parsons on influencer marketing and celebrity partnerships.
Kat LaFata
Founder, NY&BAGELS
Kat comes from 12+ years working brand-side, where she specialized in establishing and growing influencer and brand partnerships channels for CPG brands. She started connecting more with the creators in her brands' campaigns and eventually started to pivot into talent management. In late 2024, she started a talent management firm called NY&Bagels, as a side gig. A few months later, she made the choice to switch to talent management full-time via free-lancing through her firm. As you probably guessed, she is based in NY, and loves bagels (the food, and her dog, Bagel)

Alicia Noelle is the owner of the Sufficient Success Digital Marketing Agency, a digital media marketing agency that proudly embraces its black woman ownership and centers its mission around empowering and uplifting black women creators and small businesses. After almost 10 years in the communication and marketing space in the corporate sector, Alicia ventured out to forge her own path and help those creators and small businesses that looked like her achieve success online through social media management, partnership management, email marketing, graphic design and content creation. When Alicia is not making her clients stand out on social or teaching students in her Society, you can find her spending time with her family or serving with her husband as youth pastors. She also loves to travel and embrace new cultures.
