Shannae Ingleton Smith is a creator, strategist, and multihyphenate entrepreneur conquering the media space. She worked in sales for ten years managing multimillion-dollar portfolios for some of Canada’s largest media conglomerates. Setting her sights on social media, Ingleton Smith left the company to build a dedicated following of over 70,000 supporters as @TorontoShay, creating content in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle spaces. Fueled by her own experiences as a Black creator, she then founded the influencer management agency, Kensington Grey, alongside her husband in 2019 – amassing thousands of successful campaigns and representing the world’s top Black and Brown creators. Her most important role by far is that of loving wife to Sean and Mom to her daughter Kensington.

Taylar Barrington-Booker is the Founder and CEO of Cliquish® a global educational hub that teaches its diverse community of more than 25,000 female bloggers + influencers + content creators to build, grow + profit in business. With more than a decade of marketing experience under her belt, Taylar’s ability to create high-level strategy, branding assets, and measurable tactics for corporations led her to formerly consult for companies including Hyatt, Nielsen, Neutrogena, Samsung, Verizon, and Kraft Foods. In addition to entrepreneurship and corporate roles, Taylar has also worked as a high school special needs educator. In this role, she honed invaluable skills like community building and effective teaching practices. From her unique insight into brand marketing, her experience as a teacher, and love for community building, Taylar was inspired to create and launch Cliquish® in 2018. Cliquish® has been able to call companies like LinkedIn, Bumble, PicMonkey, and Garnier partners and has been published in media including AfroTech, The Every Girl, and XO Necole. Today, Taylar can be found creating a strategy for Cliquish's business development, working with her team, rolling up her sleeves to lead a panel or a workshop for content creators, or exploring her next big adventure with her husband, James. Her vision matches her work ethic as a trailblazer in marketing, and she believes wholeheartedly in the development of women and the cultivation of inclusive communities where those women can thrive.
