Shannae Ingleton

Shannae Ingleton Smith is a creator, strategist, and multihyphenate entrepreneur conquering the media space. She worked in sales for ten years managing multimillion-dollar portfolios for some of Canada’s largest media conglomerates. Setting her sights on social media, Ingleton Smith left the company to build a dedicated following of over 70,000 supporters as @TorontoShay, creating content in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle spaces. Fueled by her own experiences as a Black creator, she then founded the influencer management agency, Kensington Grey, alongside her husband in 2019 – amassing thousands of successful campaigns and representing the world’s top Black and Brown creators. Her most important role by far is that of loving wife to Sean and Mom to her daughter Kensington.

Samantha has been in the industry for almost a decade and is the founder of SamRose Group, a talent management company. Prior to founding SamRose Group in 2022 she was a Senior Agent working with a wide rage of influencers and managing the paid influencer campaigns for well known Ecommerce + DTC Brands. Samantha takes a personal approach to management and truly cares about the talent on her roster. The talent she manages ranges from micro influencers to celebrity clients across all platforms and niches.
