We are hiring an experienced Talent Manager to oversee a roster of creators and lead both their revenue growth and long-term positioning.
What You’ll Own
This is a 360° talent management role with full responsibility across:
Brand Partnerships & Revenue
- Manage inbound inquiries via client inboxes
- Proactively pitch brands and agencies
- Negotiate contracts and secure strong compensation
- Facilitate legal review between brand teams and talent’s legal representation
- Drive annual revenue goals
- Build long-term rebook relationships
Talent Strategy & Career Growth
- Develop annual and quarterly revenue strategies
- Advise on positioning, partnership alignment, and brand direction
- Identify growth opportunities beyond campaigns
- Support sustainable, long-term creator careers
Operations & Execution
- Oversee campaign execution from signed contract to final payment
- Coordinate invoicing with accounting and assist with collections when needed
- Manage deliverables, timelines, reporting, and contract tracking
- Use agency systems (July, Slack) consistently and effectively
Roster Contribution
- Support sourcing and onboarding of new talent
- Contribute industry relationships and brand contacts
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience as a Talent Manager at an influencer talent agency
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics
- Strong negotiator and confident in difficult conversations
- Highly organized and systems-oriented
- Emotionally intelligent and relationship-driven
- Kind, optimistic, punctual, and solution-focused
- Able to operate in a structured agency environment with high expectations
Compensation
- Base salary + Commission structure
- Performance-driven upside tied directly to results
