At her core, she’s a builder: of in-house teams, global agency practices, and scalable content, creator, and performance marketing engines that spark connection, shape perception, and guide customers through nonlinear journeys. Steph Martin brings a decade of robust experience dedicated to influencer marketing, brand strategy, and public relations. Her experience spans industries with an integrated approach to talent and entertainment partnerships. Steph started off her career on the agency side activating influencer campaigns for brands like CoverGirl, Walmart, Sephora, Warner Brothers, and Verizon before transitioning to in-house roles at ThirdLove, Hims & Hims and Chime to lead influencer programs directly with brands. Her specialties include building talent programs from the ground up at start-ups, and leveraging influencer marketing to grow brands into beloved household names.
