Nycole Hampton

Consultant + Adjunct Professor

With 20 years of marketing experience, including 14 in leadership, Nycole has built and led strategies and teams for Fortune 500 companies, emerging startups, and challenger brands. She operates at the intersection of brand, growth, and operations—bringing together creativity, performance, and infrastructure to deliver measurable business impact. At her core, she’s a builder: of in-house teams, global agency practices, and scalable content, creator, and performance marketing engines that spark connection, shape perception, and guide customers through nonlinear journeys. Her expertise spans brand marketing, integrated campaigns, social media, influencer partnerships, creative development, content production, growth marketing, and community engagement. Nycole is passionate about identifying opportunities to evolve, collaborate, and challenge the status quo to drive meaningful change. She believes brands are defined by the stories they tell, and that customers make decisions based on how those stories unfold across every channel. Her work focuses on aligning brand and growth strategies to create thoughtful, scalable content that builds genuine connection and drives long-term brand affinity with greater efficiency. She is equally committed to mentorship, education, and staying at the forefront of industry innovation. Nycole currently teaches as an adjunct professor and regularly speaks at marketing and business conferences, where she helps others think differently about what modern marketing can be.
